At La Blanca, we want you to feel confident in your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
